Communicate with NICA and NorCal as needed
Schedules and obtains NICA approval for pre season rides
Submit injury reports.
Ensure coach coverage at race
Ensures all coaches are current and "ride ready" (not red checked in PitZone)
Submit weekly practice reporting (designated reporter)
Works with bike fleet manager (gets signed bike rental agreements/collects fee)
Maintains TeamSnap (invites new members)
Sets up Pre Season kit fitting date and location
Add people to Vacaville team on NICA Pit Zone
Ensure people register for races.
